Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and buffalo sauce. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Add the shredded rotisserie chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the cheddar cheese to the bowl. Stir until evenly mixed.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed.
Transfer the mixture to an 8x8-inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
Top the dip with the remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles (if using).
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped green onions on top for a pop of color.
Notes
Serve warm with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks. Optionally, provide additional buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing on the side.
