Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
Stir in the melted butter until fully combined.
Mix in the baking soda and salt.
Add the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract; mix until everything is well incorporated.
Gradually fold in the flour, being careful not to overmix.
Pour half of the banana batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Drop spoonfuls of Nutella over the batter, then swirl it gently with a knife for a marbled effect.
Top with the remaining banana batter and add more Nutella on top, swirling again.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature, and dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with additional Nutella before slicing for an extra special touch.
