In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef or turkey with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
Shape the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the patties. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness, or until fully cooked to your preference.
While the burgers are cooking, prepare your bowl base. In a large bowl, layer the mixed greens as the bottom layer.
Once the burgers are cooked, place them on top of the greens.
Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, sliced pickles, and avocado around the burger.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of each burger.
Drizzle ketchup and mustard over the entire bowl as desired.
For an extra kick, add sliced jalapeños.
Serve immediately, mixing the ingredients together as you eat.
