Drizzle the ranch dressing over the skillet mixture and toss well to combine. Let it cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top and cover the skillet with a lid. Allow it to cook for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from heat and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
