2 cups cooked rotini pasta

2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced

1 cup broccoli florets, blanched

1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rotini pasta, diced chicken, blanched broccoli, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly coated with the sauce.

      Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with olive oil. Pour the pasta mixture into the dish and spread it evenly.

        Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese generously over the top of the pasta mixture.

          Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are golden brown.

            Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

              Garnish with fresh chopped parsley for a pop of color and added flavor.
