chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes

grated Parmesan cheese

Italian seasoning

skewers (soaked in water if wooden)
for garnish
fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form a marinade.
Add the cubed chicken breasts to the marinade and toss until all pieces are well coated.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for a stronger flavor).
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
Place the skewers on the hot grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked and has nice grill marks.
Once cooked, remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Soak wooden skewers in water before grilling to prevent burning.
