Ingredients

4 lobster tails

1/2 cup unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Zest of 1 lemon

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Lobster Tails: Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise down the center. Gently pull the meat out slightly, keeping it attached at the base, and lay it on top of the shell.

Make the Garlic Herb Butter: In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley, chives, thyme, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.

Assemble the Lobster Tails: Brush the garlic herb butter generously over each lobster tail, ensuring the meat is well-coated.

Bake the Lobster Tails: Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly firm to the touch.

Serve: Remove from the oven and drizzle any remaining garlic herb butter over the lobster tails. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing extra flavor.
