Ingredients

1 cup milk chocolate chips

1 cup white chocolate chips

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (for topping)

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Line an 8x8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.

In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the milk chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, mixing well.

Gently fold in the crushed cookies until evenly distributed throughout the fudge mixture.

Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

Sprinkle the mini chocolate chips on top of the fudge, pressing them lightly into the surface.

Refrigerate the fudge for at least 3 hours or until it is firm.

Once set, lift the fudge out using the overhanging parchment paper. Cut into squares or rectangles for serving.

Prep Time: 15 min | Total Time: 3 hrs 15 min | Servings: 16 squares
