cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)

walnuts, chopped (optional)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the mini phyllo pastry cups on a baking sheet, evenly spaced.
In each pastry cup, place a small cube of Brie cheese at the bottom.
Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce over the Brie in each cup.
If using, sprinkle chopped walnuts on top of the cranberry sauce for added crunch and flavor.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the phyllo is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Drizzle each cup lightly with honey for added sweetness, if desired.
Garnish with a small rosemary leaf on top for a fresh, aromatic touch.
