Sizzling Ground Beef Philly Cheesesteaks

provolone cheese

fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the sliced onion and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened.
Add the minced garlic and continue to sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
Push the vegetables to the sides of the skillet and add the ground beef to the center. Cook, breaking it apart with a spatula until no longer pink.
Mix the beef with the vegetables, then stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Cook for 2-3 more minutes to let the flavors meld.
Preheat your oven broiler. Split the hoagie rolls open and place them on a baking sheet.
Divide the beef and vegetable mixture evenly among the rolls.
Top each filled hoagie with two slices of provolone cheese, then place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
