Ingredients

4 cups sparkling water or lemon-lime soda

2 cups unsweetened white grape juice

1 orange, thinly sliced

1 lemon, thinly sliced

1 apple, cored and diced (any variety you like)

1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup fresh mint leaves

1 tablespoon honey (optional, adjust based on sweetness preference)

Ice cubes

Instructions

In a large pitcher, combine the sparkling water (or soda) and white grape juice. Stir gently to mix.

Add the sliced orange, lemon, diced apple, and halved strawberries into the pitcher.

Gently bruise the mint leaves by pressing them with the back of a spoon or your fingers, then add them to the pitcher to infuse the flavors.

If you prefer a sweeter drink, drizzle in the honey and stir until it's fully dissolved.

Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the sangria over the ice.

Garnish with additional mint leaves and fruit slices from the pitcher as desired.
