Instructions
In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes while you prepare the veggies.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated beef in batches, stirring quickly until browned (about 2-3 minutes). Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the sliced red and yellow bell peppers, broccoli florets, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until the veggies are tender-crisp.
Return the beef to the skillet and pour in the cornstarch slurry, stirring everything together until the sauce thickens and evenly coats the beef and veggies.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, giving it a final stir.
Serve the stir-fry hot over cooked rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
Notes
Serve with cooked rice or noodles for a complete meal.
